Join us for a fun paint-along event with your local artist, Liesl, at East Side Mario's. The total price of this experience includes all the materials you will need to create this project. You will have plenty of elbow room and space to be able to recreate your own masterpiece with step-by-step instruction in a 2-hour time frame. Full food menu and drink services are available and welcome while painting at an additional cost. Aprons are not provided at this time so you may bring an apron of your own!

Liesl has had a passion for art since she was a young girl. Inspired by The Group of Seven, this young Canadian artist looks to capture her ideal reality in her work. While exploring new techniques and styles - whether it be sketching, painting, charcoal or water colors - Liesl loves both landscapes and the detailed features of people alike. Liesl is excited to share her passion for art with the patrons of Paint Nite in her fun and interactive upcoming events!

Yes. Night Walk in the City is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Liesl breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Liesl is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at East Side Mario's Oshawa , a real local spot, not a studio. Your ticket to Night Walk in the City includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Liesl. Drinks and food are ordered separately from East Side Mario's Oshawa — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
This event runs approximately 2 hours. Doors open at 2:00 PM — we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get settled and order your first drink before Liesl starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
