We come to you
Your office, hotel, or a favorite nearby restaurant

We invented this in 2012 — the first to take painting out of the studio and into the rooms where people actually loosen up. About 200,000 events later, we've gotten pretty good at it.

Where it happens

We turn any space into a lively art studio.

Paint Nite is the original paint and sip company that invented the “we bring the experience to you” concept. Our hosts are local, professional artists. They show up early to set up and stay after the event to fully clean up. They can turn any space into an instant creative studio and any person into an artist.

At your office

We bring everything — paint, canvases, easels, aprons, and the artist. All we need is a bit of table space, roughly 2–3 sq ft per guest. Nobody has to travel.

At one of our partner venues

Prefer a night out? We have lots of great local venues we can suggest. You work directly with the venue — so the room, menu, and vibe are exactly what your team wants.

At a place you already love

Got a bar or restaurant your team's into? We'll run it right there. You pick the spot, we bring the event to it.

That's the magic of a private event: it's yours to shape. You pick the date, the time, the venue, even the painting — every detail that makes the night fit your team. We bring the artist and every supply; you make it one of a kind.

Why Paint Nite

As flexible as you need, as professional as you’d expect.

We run corporate events every day — so the hosting, the paperwork, and the payments are handled by people who do this for a living.

Vetted, corporate-ready hostsWe don't send whoever's free. Our artists are screened to run a professional room — warm, polished, and there to make your team shine, not to put on their own show. The nervous painters end up the proudest.
Turnkey on the dayYour artist arrives early, runs the whole event, and cleans up after — so setup and teardown never land on your team. Want planning help beforehand? It's there. Already have a planner? Even easier.
Simple, flexible billingOne clean invoice that's easy to expense and approve. We can register in your vendor system and take payment however your finance team prefers — ACH, EFT, credit card, or check.
Insured & COI-readyNeed a certificate of insurance for your building? Done.
Proven at scaleAbout 1,000 events a month, behind a format that reliably works. You're not anyone's first.

“We had a fantastic experience … thanks to our incredibly talented and engaging paint instructor Steven Williams. … His ability to engage with the team and encourage everyone, regardless of their skill level, made the experience truly inclusive. We also want to commend the flexibility to bring this event directly to our office location.”
Mary M.Case Assembly Team Manager, Fragomen
“Our team had a great time, in spite of it being a super busy day for them! Bonnie, the artist, was lovely and so fun!”
Thasneem FarzanaManager of Data Engineering, Meta
“The Paint Nite went really well and our host was very nice! The team had a really good time and felt like it was very therapeutic and relaxing to create the painting. The events team was very responsive as well … especially when adding in a couple very last minute guests.”

“Joyce’s energy was exactly what our team needed for an early morning [virtual event]. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed being creative. A lot of us commented on how concentrated we were, haha!”

“We’ve booked … multiple times now, and the booking process is always incredibly easy and straightforward. Our host was fantastic, and our employees had such a great time that they’re already asking when the next event will be!”
Julianna R.Marketing Project & Events Manager, BiRite Foodservice Distributors
“I just wanted to say how amazing our host was! Many of our students have ADHD or autism and Monique was so patient and engaging. It was great to see how she encouraged them to make their painting unique and have them go home with a painting they were proud of.”

Pick your experience

Four ways to get everyone in one room.

Here's how each one works, so you can picture it before you ask.

A Paint Nite group experienceMost Popular

Paint Nite

One featured painting, one artist guiding the whole room, drinks in hand. Zero experience needed — that’s the entire point.

Best for: classic team bonding
A Collaborative Canvas group experienceBest for big teams

Collaborative Canvas

Everyone paints their own panel; the panels combine into one large mural you hang in the office.

Best for: 20+ and a memento that lasts
A Plant Nite group experienceTake-home

Plant Nite

Each person builds a terrarium or succulent garden for their desk — calmer, hands-on, no painting required.

Best for: a low-key keepsake
A Ukulele group experienceSomething different

Ukulele

Each guest builds a working ukulele — strings, saddle, then paint it their own way — while the host teaches a few basic chords. Everyone leaves with an instrument they made and can actually play.

Best for: a change of pace

Want something that's not here — Paint Your Pet, a custom company painting, candle making? Just ask. We run a lot that isn't on this list.

In-person, virtual, or hybrid — your call.

In-person: our artist comes to your space with everything for the whole group.

Virtual: a live artist over video, with paint kits shipped to every person’s door.

Hybrid: an in-room group plus remote teammates, all painting the same thing together.

Questions, answered.

If your event isn’t virtual, you’ll need a space for your group — but not a studio, and it can be somewhere you already have. We come to you: your own office, a conference room, a hotel rooftop, or your favorite bar or restaurant. All we need is a bit of table space (roughly 2–3 sq ft per guest). Don’t have a spot in mind? We’ll suggest a vetted venue near you.

A public event is a single seat at an open, shared table. A corporate event is the whole experience reserved for your group only — your date, your location, your choice of painting, your dedicated artist — so it’s priced as a private booking, not a single ticket.

In-person events start at $49 per person. We work with everything from small, intimate teams to large-scale company events — in person, virtual, or hybrid — each priced by format and headcount. Send us your details and we’ll give you exact pricing, no commitment.

Yes. Virtual is live-hosted over video with kits shipped to each person’s door; hybrid combines an in-room group with shipped remote kits, all in one connected session.

Yes — discounted pricing for schools and non-profits, plus fundraiser models where a share of proceeds goes back to your cause.

We host in 100+ metros across the US & Canada, plus virtual events anywhere kits can ship. Not sure about your area? Submit an inquiry and we’ll confirm coverage before you commit.
