Come cook with me ! I'm here to share techniques, tips and tricks I've learned in my 12 year career as a professional chef. I just came back from Rome, where I was working alongside Roman chefs, and now I want to share their secrets with you. Join me to make fresh pasta, cheeses, pickles, sauces, veggies, meats, bread, cakes, cookies, and more.
I also cook French, Spanish, Mexican, German, Indian, Nepali, Chinese and Japanese dishes! Don't be intimidated by what you don't know! It would be my great pleasure to introduce you to easy recipes and techniques that bring delicious and complex flavors into your home.
