I love sharing my writing, my journey and techiques. The best converstations are in the kitchen, so join me as I teach you and your little one to how to prepare creative treats, for the mind, body and spirit. My teaching style is informal, a little messy and a whole lot of fun. It is designed to bring families together in a relaxed and creative atmosphere of fun and laughter. So with spoon & pen in hand be prepared to stretch the imagination from kitchen to couch while you follow along with as I cook up something special in the kitchen followed by story time.
