Meet benny
Hello fellow music and movement lovers. This is a one hour dance party where you will follow my dance moves or create your own or sit, watch and enjoy the music. I have had my licence to teach this type of class for many years and it is one of my passions, I have many. This is a cardio class in the disguise of fun so please ladies if you like, wear lipstick and a flower in your hair and gentlemen wear your work out best. All should bring their smile and a sense of fun. Good mental health to all.
