Since I was a child, all I have ever wanted to do was show people, not necessarily teach people, but really show them through example how to express themselves. Whether it be through painting, photography, drawing, or even writing, I have always found a way to do this. I have been fortunate enough to come from a loving and accepting family who has always supported me in my journey of expression. Being the fifth child in a family of six kids, expressing oneself is crucial. \\\\\\\\n \\\\\\\\nMy life has been anything but ordinary. I have been a teacher, an artist's model, I have worked for UCLA in their figure drawing classes, and work for and with different photographers, both as a subject and a student. I have even worked for a well known writer, David Mamet, posing for the cover of his playbill, "The Boston Marriage." \\\\\\\\n \\\\\\\\nAny opportunity I have to express myself and help people on their own personal journey of expression, I take. I believe in the power of creativity and a nurturing environment to really let yourself dive in and explore this side of you. We all have a voice, and we all deserve to be heard. As a mom and single parent, I hope to be able to show my own child this same way of thinking. \\\\\\\\n \\\\\\\\nI feel that Paint Nite allows me to do this, I am excited for this new journey. \\\\\\\\n \\\\\\\\nLife is beautiful, hurdles and all.
