Meet carina
Hello! my name is Carina and I have been teaching yoga for 15 years. I am a 500 RYT and a Reiki Master. I love guiding people on their mat to uncover their physical, mental and spiritual strengths. Releasing stress, tension and limiting/negative thoughts by using meditation, yoga poses and Reiki.
What to Expect at carina's Events
