Creative Concoctions started over 20 years ago as an after school enrichment class. 20 years later we are now launching a ZOOM in home version of this Fun Food Art Experience for your kids to be a part of! Now that all the kids are HOME ...They will be your Jr. Chef ...The Creative Concoction Creator! How It all started...In the Year 2000 I became a Single Mom of 2 Beautiful Daughters 5yr and 7yr. At that time, I knew I had to do something to support my children. I have always been creative with the way I have occupied their time to keep them entertained. Someone once called it “Camp Carrie” All my friends would drop their kids off at my house for fun activities! One of the ways was to do... Food Art! EVERYONE loved it! Especially the Moms because their kids became independent in the kitchen and safe as well! I realized I was on to something! I created the concept name as... Creative Concoctions. I taught after school enrichment classes for over the 20 years. With the popularity they had... we had waiting lists at multiple schools! They required No Stoves, No Ovens, No Microwaves... as a matter of fact at one school we were outside at the picnic tables! The idea grew and grew! Creative Concoctions can be Snacks, (once life resumes) treats for Birthday Parties, Sleepovers, Holiday Parties, Girl Scout/Brownie troops, Preschool Teachers, After School Child Care, you name it.... We have a way to get your kids Creative in the Kitchen or simply a sneaky way to get them to eat healthy! However, some are "treats" and not so healthy.. The secret is simple...Make it Fun and Creative! In 2005 I Found my Prince Charming been married since ... fast forward to 2020...
