Meet Benjamin
We are a mixed-race couple from Italy and from Australia, with a Chinese background. The background of our blog was derived from our passion for food around the world. We are both from backgrounds that are rich in food culture, blending the best practices, ingredients and techniques in our dishes. We also want to share our knowledge of food, as a way for people to come together between the West and East. We specialize in recipe creation, fusion cuisine and food photography.
