Welcome to Holistic Cure, where we provide easy access to holistic ways to heal your body & your mind including home-made remedies, food & herbs as medicine, Ayurveda, essential oils, supplements, yoga poses, breathing exercises, acupressure, EFT, healing crystals, energetic healing & as well as preventative tips & examples of sustainable daily routines to empower you to take charge of your own health and help you on your holistic journey to optimal health.
We offer on-site private yoga, corporate yoga & meditation, energy healing, wellness & nutrition coaching, kids yoga after school & birthday parties in the Chicagoland area or virtually anywhere
