I am a self taught bbq pit master and cake maker. I cook all different styles from pellet smoking, charcoal, offset, and open flame. I can teach you any style and show you to the tips and tricks to perfect your meat just right! I'll teach you all the best rubs and sauces (Believe me I've tried them ALL). I'll show you how to trim your meat properly, prep it, what temp to cook it at depending on what type of cooker you have available, and how to get a finished product that will leave your friends and family talking about it for weeks.

I'll also be teaching basic and more intense cake decorating classes. I work with buttercream as well as fondant. I can show you how to make your own vs. using store bought.
