Meet Katelyn
Seven years ago, I became a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a way to improve my health, better my diet and expand my knowledge of holistic medicine. Today, I use my education to fuel the tiny bodies that call me MOM. My classes are all about prepping and cooking kid friendly, nutrition food; with or without your miniature "sous chef"
