Hi! My name is Katie and I am a knitter. Like... a hardcore knitter. I'm all about it. It's my therapy, it's my anti-anxiety medication, it's my happy place. I've spent the past ten years knitting and learning techniques and creating beautiful things and I want to teach YOU how you can do the same. And really, it's all about falling in love with a new hobby that you can have for years to come. I'm here to walk you through the very basics of knitting, from learning to cast on, how to hold your yarn, and turning your work--all the way up to advanced color work, lace and cable techniques as well as garment construction. It's all about YOU and what you want to get out of it. Want to make scarves the rest of your life and never knit a sweater? Great!
