I am a high school teacher by profession with a passion for cooking. Trained through by mother in traditional ways of Indian cooking, i modified and tried old recepies with available ingredients at the local Supermarket. Friends often consult me for recepies for traditional Indian or Vegan style cooking. During these unprecedented times many families are trying to balance work, taking care of kids and one or two meals a day. Also lots of yound adults are trying to help out parents in terms of taking more responsibility is meal preping and cooking. I would be hosting Vegan and Vegetarian One Pot Meals that are easy to prep and ready to eat in 30 minutes. Most importantly with the ingredients available in most grocery store chains across United States. I will walk you through step by step process of amount of ingredients needed, preapring the ingredients and cooking.
