Hi There! My name is Lasheeda Perry, and I am professional pastry chef. Originally, from "The City of Brotherly Love, but I currently reside in Los Angeles. My love for food, music, and traveling is what keeps me motivated and will always be displayed in my cooking classes. I've been featured on Food Network several times and worked in luxury pastry shops around world. I am obsessed with desserts! Creating them, devouring them, feeding and teaching others – the obsession is real. And luckily, my career as a professional pastry chef also legitimizes it. So it’s a win-win situation! I take inspiration from anything and everything around me. It could be a late-night idea, something that a colleague said months ago or a nostalgic classic dessert – my motivation is not limited and flavor is key!
