Meet Lauren
Hey there! I'm Lauren First and my fiance is Dylan Bair! I am a Registered Nurse and bikini competitor. Dylan is a Registered Dietitian and owner of a Lifestyle/Competition prep team, Bair Aesthetics. Together, we advocate the balance of health and fitness with a background of science!! We plan to host virtual video home workouts to help keep you active with things found around your household or things that are accessible to you!! Following your session, we will include a nutrition and supplementation Q&A for you to ask and learn!
What to Expect at Lauren's Events
