Meet Madison
I’m a Pastry Chef living in beautiful Northern New Mexico. I love discussing history and philosophy with new friends. Covid has certainly impacted my life in a lot of ways. Working in the food industry has been challenging during these strange times. Making food is what gives me purpose. Nourishing friends and giving someone the excuse the treat themselves to a little sweetness is what life’s all about! I truly truly miss breaking bread with people and having food be the common connection for us all so I’m testing my hand at virtual hosting because we must carry on! I hope to bring lots of life, spirit, laughter and knowledge to my workshops.
