I'm Lani! I am an energetic Cardio Dance and Barre Fitness instructor who loves to keep people movin' and groovin'! My favorite things about Cardio Dance and Barre is getting lost in the music while jamming and connecting with my class participants! Get ready for a music driven class for ALL age levels and abilities that will pump you up and raise your heart rate! Bring your water bottle!
