Meet Noelle
Growing up in a family of artists, I have always been surrounded by creativity and developed a deep passion for the arts. My work is inspired by the natural world, which provides endless beauty and color for my palette.
As a DOE teacher, I love sharing the joy of creation with others and bring that instructional aspect to every event I host.
What to Expect at Noelle's Events
