There was no event that took place!

The event that was supposed to take place at 7 pm on the 18th did not happen. We waited until 8 pm still nothing. Would like to know how to get my money back. Rebecca Hollander was the host. We have done several other events through haymaker which were slot of fun. First time that we had an issue.
