Hello fellow artists! My name is Sierra Napier and I’m based out of the Washington, DC. area. I have a deep rooted passion for popular culture, portraits and culturally relevant art. I’m also the CEO of BlaqueHeart Art LLC. I take a deep pride in my blend of creativity and enjoy captivating my audiences with an amazing experience.
