Stephans passion for art began at a young age. As a child he was surrounded by art and music, along with the beauty of the Hudson Valley landscape, inspiring his interest in fine art. He carried that passion with him through college where he minored in Art Education.

For Stephan , painting is fun and rewarding, and he believes that you don't have to be an "artist" to feel the same way! For instance, Stephan is not a national ping pong champion when asked to play, nor is he a grammy nominated country singer when he jams out with friends, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying every minute of it anyway.
