Meet Teresa
At the Well is all about filling your cup so you can pour out and care for those around you without depleting yourself. We offer workshop-style parenting classes, self-care classes, leadership classes and more. Classes/workshops are team-taught by Frank and Teresa. This awesome couple has been married for 22 years and has 6 kids. The kids are currently 21 (and just married), 20, 18, 17, 17 (yes, twins!) and a 9-month-old bonus baby. Frank and Teresa use their real-life experiences, both the wins and the failures, to bring a refreshing viewpoint to being a successful parent. Their home has been a refuge to around 40 teens and young adults, they live out radical hospitality and generosity as a family.
