I have been in the culinary industry for 28 years. I have worked in various places and love to cook all foods from all over the world. I would haft to say BBQ and smoking are my favorite ok you got me all good is my favorite lol. Making pasta, sauces, stocks and so many many more. I like to have a calming cooking experience we are all here to learn, let’s make beautiful food together.
