A pub with actual history behind it hits different when you've got a paintbrush in one hand and a drink in the other. Irish Eyes sits right along the Broadkill River in the heart of historic Downtown Milton, and that setting — warm, traditional, a little storied — makes the whole night feel like more than just a painting class. I'm Karren, and I've been doing this long enough (553 events, but who's counting) to know that the room matters. I'll have music going, I'll meet you where you are skill-wise, and we'll paint a cozy winter cabin scene together under a moonlit, star-filled sky. The river's just outside.

As a child I loved art, regardless of the medium! Still today I love taking a blank canvas or paper and creating something beautiful. The great thing about working for PaintNite is watching others create their own beautiful works of art. I find that incorporating music while painting is a great way to relax the artists, and enhance the creative experience... and a glass of wine (or two) helps as well. I have made some lifelong friends through PaintNite and always look forward to meeting new ones. Yes. Winter Cabin Sunrise is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Karren breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Karren is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at Irish Eyes Milton, a real local spot, not a studio. Your ticket to Winter Cabin Sunrise includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Karren. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Irish Eyes Milton — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Irish Eyes Milton's doors open at 11:00 AM, the event starts at 7:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 6:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Karren starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
