Sunday, Mother’s Day. It’s perfect because no reservations. The server was great, the manager was amazing. I don’t like the pasta very much so he gave us a discount. The manager came around to apologize for for the food not so great. It’s nice to see that. We are happy. $6 discount.
This BJ's has really gone downhill. My wife and I try and just have simple things and $5 pizzokie Tuesdays are one of the little things we try to enjoy thats inexpensive and simple. Over and over again they mess up. Burn the pizookie or lose the order. Well tonight is no different not to my surprise when they make my wife wait over 30 minutes on an order that was place 30 to 40 minutes before she gets there. I understand it may be busy but its a cookie you throw in the oven. Not that difficult. After over a hour of placing the order they lose the order and make it fresh. Sweet right? Wrong. My wife gets home after waiting with minimal communication and both pizookies are burnt and un enjoyable. This isn't the first time either that something like this has happened only the umpteenth time to actually make me leave a review. Get your crap together. Won't be going back because I cannot keep accepting low quality service and product.
