Had a great time at this place. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service received during our recent visit. Staff Hailey was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our entire experience. We tried the new menu auch as Pasta Vodka Penne and spicy honey pepperoni, and we really like it. With the great food and great customer service, we will surely visit again. 😊
What a gem of an establishment. The owners, the staff...AMAZING! It is so refreshing walking into a restaurant that is open and exceptionally clean. The wait staff are so friendly and eager to please. I had the Jambalaya and it was very good. We got wings to share and they were so good. We will be back for sure.
I've been going to BP for at least a decade and across the country and I can confidently say this is the worse location in terms of service. Waiting 15+ mins for two apple juices is something but over 20 for a drink when there's less than 6 tables is just... Apps were dropped with no cutlery and after waiting I walked around and grabbed some from an empty table. Food was hot and fresh, drinks were fine but when I'm in the area again I'd choose Jack's next door.
