What Guests Are Saying
The honey dill fried chicken sandwich was a 12 out of 10 along with the Panookie for dessert. Service was amazing and the temperature inside was nice and cool for a visit in late June. Would come back again!
We had a really great experience at Boston Pizza! Crystal was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. She made us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect. Excellent customer service and a wonderful dining experience. Thank you, Crystal, for making our visit so enjoyable!
Extremely disappointed with the service. There were no other customers in the restaurant besides us, yet we had to call the server for more than 5 minutes just to get his attention. He clearly saw us several times but continued to ignore us. When he finally came over, his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were simply trying to get basic service. There was absolutely no reason for this kind of treatment, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even busy, the rude attitude and complete lack of attention ruined the entire experience. Very disappointing. Management seriously needs to look into the customer service here because this is not how customers should be treated
