I was stopped by the security before going into the casino, the female asian manager accused me for using the 2 for 1 coupon two days in a row, which resulted in VERY SERIOUS OFFENCE, I was very shocked because each time I go to customer service to print my coupn（I dun hv printer at home）I didn't able to read the fine print（I am a over 63 yrs old man without my reading glasses）, the philippino woman and the （Indian）Security manager accused and refused to hear my explanation, I work for the government body before and never been humiliated in my life, I have stopped going there for months to protest this Casino. I would give zero star if I'm able to make a choice.

She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Excellent service and such a lovely person!
