About Mt. Baldy Brewing
We are the oldest lager-house in SoCal!
Formerly known as Last Name Brewing was founded by Curt Dale in 2003 as Dale Bros. Brewery, a small brewery born out of a passion for home brewing and a talent for winning medals at the LA County Fair. Joined in 2007 by his brother Andy Dale and sister-in-law Karen McMillen, the brewery began expanding as it won awards and gained fans, including Paint & Sip fans. In 2012, the brewery moved into its current facility and added a large taproom, beer garden, fermentation lab, and a variety of new and experimental beers to the lineup. In 2016, the brothers discovered they could not trademark the name Dale Bros Brewery, and so renamed it Last Name Brewing as a nod to its roots.
We host a wide variety of events from Trivia, live bands, yoga, and our popular biweekly PaintNites with Christina's Calm Creations. Paint and Sip your way to the best night out enjoying fresh brews, local food vendors and desserts, and great tunes to dance and celebrate!

What Guests Are Saying
This place was amazing. Hard root beer was one of the best I’ve had and just a very easy very chill cool place. We will be back!
Damn, I rarely share negative reviews, but damn. These guys took over a brewery with great beer. Dale Brothers/No Name knew how to make polished beer. The beer is pretty shitty now. It is now amateur at best. 85% of the beer I and everyone else around me was drinking was flat. When I brought this to their attention, they actually had the nerve to say “I see some bubbles…” Don’t think I’ll be back. Great place to see a local band or attend a small event, but what good is it if the beer sucks. What a shame.
First time here. Came with friends to dance to live music! Great beers, bonus they have snacks sodas ( very reasonable prices) and a food truck outside.
