Yesterday, my colleague and I visited this establishment, which we’ve frequented before while on our deployment contract. We’ve never had any issues in the past until this experience. We sat at the bar during happy hour and were greeted by Allie, who has always been kind and professional. I asked her about the food menu, and she recommended the wings, mentioning they were one of their popular items. I ordered the mild buffalo wings, but when they arrived, they were much smaller than expected and barely had any sauce on them. I politely returned the food and let her know we had simply changed our minds and would just stick to our drinks. Unfortunately, the manager on duty approached us with hostility and attitude over the returned food. Instead of prioritizing customer service or attempting to resolve the issue professionally, he immediately told us we needed to cash out and leave. My colleague asked him directly, “So because we returned the food, you’re forcing us to leave and kicking us out?” His response was, “Yes.” I explained to him that the way he handled the situation was rude, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable. A professional manager would have tried to de-escalate the situation, offer another menu option, or at minimum handle the matter respectfully. Instead, we were told not to return. Our company deploys thousands of workers all across the world who stay at the hotels surrounding this establishment, and experiences like this reflect poorly on businesses in the area. It’s disappointing because we previously enjoyed coming here, but after this interaction, I cannot recommend this establishment due to the poor customer service displayed by management.
Really good place to have late night snacks and conversations. Bartenders are super friendly and attentive.
The food is so good and arrives quickly. The bartender, possibly named Gabriel, was friendly and attentive, our drinks were made well and the conversation was engaging. We didnt feel rushed or ignored, will definitely go again.
