The decor of this place was suitably dramatic. The crab wontons were crispy on the outside with a creamy rich filling, and surprisingly not heavy. The dynamite shrimp stood out with the spicy-smooth sriracha aioli. The pepper chicken could have been a little less sweet. The strawberry cucumber limeade was light, refreshing, and exactly the kind of drink that resets your palate between bites. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The only letdown was the wall of chocolate. It looked promising but the texture leaned a bit dry, and could have benefited from more density and richness.

We went to P.F. Chang’s for Valentine’s dinner and had a lovely experience overall. Parking was easy since it’s located in a complex, which made things convenient even on a busy evening.
It was quite crowded (as expected on Valentine’s Day), but we had a reservation and were seated quickly without any hassle. Big plus for that!
I’m a vegetarian, and while the options weren’t extensive, there were still a few good choices. The fried tofu was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Black Pepper Chicken was good too, though slightly on the sweeter side than expected.
Our server was very kind and even offered us a complimentary drink, which was such a sweet gesture and made the evening feel extra special.
Overall, a great Valentine’s dinner experience with good food and warm service. Would definitely visit again! 💕

Very delicious salmon, it blew my mind. My first time at PF Chang's, our waiter was super nice and friendly. The garlic noodles were delicious, the Mongolian beef had a little bit of chewy but not crazy. The sushi was good too!
