Painting for me in itself has always been a form of art therapy because it promotes stress relief, stimulates creative thinking, strengthens memory and much more. I love attending events that Jasmine hosts! She is great and ensures that you follow along with every step. She is very encouraging and she brings herself to your level. If you are loud and crazy, she'll be there with you. If you are calm and quiet, she follows suit and she stays chill. Love her level!!
