On June 6 I ordered a bison burger and a beer. I had to leave within 30 minutes and asked if that would be ok. They said no problem. I paid immediately and gave a 15% tip. I then joined my group and after half an hour I still did not have the order. I had to leave so I went up to the counter and said I never received my food. They said well that's strange we made your order. They looked on the counter and my food was sitting there, nobody bothered to bring it to the table. I said okay can I just get a takeout box, they said yeah sorry and she then took my food and just dumped it into the takeout box. Here is a picture of my $27 (inc tip and tax) burger and fries. No discount was offered, just a quick half assed apology. I won't be back. The beer was good though.
No stars on the food !!! So... had yuk yuks tickets so thought .. go next door pre show .. bad move ...I guess a positive is live music.. loved that .. Maybe our waiteress was busy .. but was not as friendly... we ordered .. 4 of us 2 burgers.. a sausage stew thing .. and potato skins ... the stew thing was cold . I didn't complain so ill take that ...the potato skins .. my sister thought she could taste mold ... and she was right ... it was moldy sour cream ... really set the tone for the meal right there ... when I went to pay the bill . Told the waiteress .. reminded her we had the mold .. who knows maybe more that 1 table ? Anyway she seemed like it was an inconvenience...ok ill have to get my manager .... they had a brief huddle and removed the potato skins from the bill.... beer .. yes .. but ill never eat there again :(
We enjoyed the patio and the musical group the Lost Keys. The staff were great getting the patio setup for the full crowd. My steak sandwich was cooked perfectly and very enjoyable.
