I’ve always been a fan of my local Canadian Brewhouse, so it was really nice to see that the Sherwood Park location has the same kind of people who make the franchise such a great place to visit. From the moment I walked in, everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I had a great conversation about sports with the General Manager, and after one of the cooks finished his shift, he came over to chat for a while as well. It was obvious that everyone there enjoys what they do and takes pride in creating a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. What really stood out, though, was watching the staff interact with other guests. A group came in after a charity event, and the team went out of their way to celebrate them and make them feel appreciated. It wasn’t for show, it just seemed to be who they are. Hospitality isn’t just about serving food and drinks. It’s about making people feel welcome, and this team absolutely understands that. The staff created an environment where everyone felt like they belonged, and that’s something you don’t forget. Thank you to everyone at the Sherwood Park Canadian Brewhouse for a fantastic experience. It’s clear this location is filled with genuinely good people, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.

5 stars all around! Rowan was fantastic from start to finish. She was welcoming, upbeat, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. It’s always refreshing to have a server who genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and Rowan made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
