Coming soonThe King's Head Public House is an iconic restaurant located in the heart of Vancouver's Kitsilano neighbourhood.
Set in a Tudor-style building built in 1897, the building first housed a fish market and a beauty parlour before the King’s Head Pub was established in 1973. As the first restaurant to open in the neighbourhood, the King’s Head was soon established as a legend and a historical gem of Vancouver.
The venue has changed names over the years, but the beloved King's Head is back with a new look, new amenities and menus.
The restaurant features a completely new decor with a modern, olde style interior with comfy seats, plenty of room to mingle, live entertainment and of course, free wifi.
The menu features locally inspired dishes at fair prices - like it used to be.

A Kits staple. Its been a minute since I was here last and even with the updated furnishings, it still has the cozy atmosphere as it did in the 90's. Server could have been a little more enthusiastic with us being the only occupied table, but she still made sure we had what we needed. Solid pub food at reasonable prices. A must visit on your way to or from the beach.
Good food, I find the yam fries not crispy enough and had too much salt.
Great for an afternoon drink. We loved chatting with Tarrin. Was surprised how busy it was on a return visit in Tuesday evening: quiz, Magic and so on. Nice pub. Very Canadian despite its English name.
